This is a great Qigong routine to practice every day, especially if you are a beginner (although I still find myself returning to this set constantly, as I just find so much power in its simplicity). I recommend trying doing this set every day for a week or two and notice how the movements become effortless as your sensation of "chi" increases.

We start this exercise routine with a few Tao Yin (Daoyin) stretches, that might remind you of gentle yoga done standing. Then we progress to our five flowing Tai Chi - like movements that each mimic a different element of nature in order to harmonize our inner energy with nature in a very mindful and meditative way.

I'm far from being a beginner but I'm always learning with each and every new qigong routine. While engaging in this routine, I recognize almost immediately that it was exactly what I needed today. Adding it to my chest of regularly go to routines.

Taking a Qiyoga class twice weekly .. it's a mix of both.. Really feeling the shift in my energy and health. I'm a beginner ish 😊 student and searched youtube for a Qi Gong flow that I could do daily on my own. This is GREAT!!! Feels FANTASTIC! Thank you! Namaste❤
