Most pathetic. They did not even inform that biometric is expired. Upon transferring funds I got a popup that i have to do biometric. Trying for it in the app but every time it says timeout.

Most ridiculous and painful change of device registration. For the past four days, the system has asked for biometric verification and device registration multiple times for the same device. I use two devices; for each device, it says it's a new device and blocks the access for two hours. The bank is run by some mentally upset administration that wants the customers to run away. Such a pathetic so-called safety feature that does not allow the account holder to use the online app with frustration.

The same issue is being faced by everyone. I don’t know why HBL isn’t doing anything about it. I was logged out of the HBL mobile app after using it for 2.5 years and now the biometric isn’t getting done. It can’t scan my fingerprints it gets timed out. I have been trying for over 2 hours now and have called customer support 5 times! Each time they disconnect my mobile device and ask me to start from scratch. How is it that a customer cannot do transactions from their OWN accounts by entering their password?! Completely pathetic app and even worse customer support!

It never says congratulations. stupid update in app. how can we add biometric when it is not even accepting it and always error is appearing

we were facing issues, then we tried bioemtric in sunlight (under the shade but we were outside to get very clear images), then it got successful within a minute.

I changed my phone and I tried to login into hbl from my new phone but i couldn't because of this stiupid new feature. How can my fingers be a security feature. After it failed it asked my debit card and after putting it, it still would open after 2 hours and wont give me financial access. This is a ridiculous feature

I've been your customer for so long now I cannot perform any transactions as verification is required.
I've been trying since morning for online fingerprints, but it's not working. Your representative is asking me to visit the branch, which I can't because I'm overseas. Is there any support or rule or law for me through which I can again take services, or do I have to move to some other bank for better services?
Could you resolve my issue as soon as possible?

I have tried several times. Few times I was able to submit the finger prints as well but it does not complete the process and asks me to do the impossible job of talking to someone on HBL helpline.

Please get technical team to investigate, biometrics does not work and OTP can't be entered as there is no keyboard to type

Im fed up.
Im in USA and I'm trying to do biometric verification through app and it says we are unable to verify.
I submitted biometric exemption farm for non resident Pakistani with all the required documents.
Custimer care representative called me and asked me all the required information and said your issue will be resolved within 24 hours but still nothing changed.
Im much upset and i will never use hbl and I dont know to whom I should complain about and what to do now.
Its been a month. Oh my God that is sooo

Worst experience of biometric verification, after app update HBL mobile app asking to register as new device and above all asking to complete in app biometric verification.
Despite multiple tries since last three days I am unable to verify my biometrics through APP. I am a oversease Pakistani and can visit HBL physically. I contact to HBL customer call center they also fail to resolve the issue.
