to people that dont understand how this works:

compressing the energy into a smaller form means higher density, the power is the same but because its smaller its attack hits a smaller surface thus inflicting more dmg, this is utilizing rasengan to a higher Efficiency using exactly the same energy.
this is using your brain instead of your brawl to increase ones power.
