Happy Halloween!

I found this through the animations memes but I didn't really follow them so I don't think this is really a meme... but anyway! Red white and black theme means it's Bee and Wasp time! I kind of animated this according to vague flipnote rules (no rotation tools, motions like zooming is eyeballed, etc) but once it got to editing that kind of went out the window.

24 FPS, mostly on twos
Time taken: ~1 month

I'll probably do a breakdown of this one cause I got all the pieces still :) Never deleted anything, not even on accident!

Its crazy seeing this, cause your flipnotes from nearly a decade ago were the catalyst that got me to start taking drawing seriously. Without your flipnotes I would have never pursued art as a serious pathway in my life. Its not a stretch to say that you are one of the few artists I should thank for me still being here today, despite all of the hardships and struggles.
Beautiful animation, I loved these transitions and the typography REALLY assisted in capturing the motion of it all.

The amount of rotation and angles that you were able to animate, between the spins and different forms, this is one of the most beautiful artworks that I've seen in a good while. I have full hope that you can reach 1 million subscribers and up in no time❤

I don't bother with animation memes now a day but saw french and how the animation video flew out of bounds all the way into AMV territories (then I read the description and how you do not really consider this an Animation Meme either so that's the two of us xD)
Wonderful work. The animation and the transitions were so good. It's hard to think every frame was created by hand. The font and the lyrics being animated with so much energy adds so much to the experience. Same with the androginy of the character. The animation feels ethereal especially with the music. Welp, loved it.

The rest of the comment is sort of a tangent.
Not long ago I found a game called "The Hungry Fly" (Erupting Avocado Studio) and spoilers for the last part of the game/ endings:



The ending involves a disabled child of some kind being washed by their mother. A phone rings and she leaves to answer it after asking the child to clean themself for when she comes back. Kid's stuck in the bathtub, alone. Left to cry for help that never comes with "dirt" (sores and blisters) on their skin. That's when, depending on what the player did in the first 2 thirds of the game that the child gets "helped" by insects. Regardless of how this goes the player is presented with the choice of either waiting for Mother's return (for 100 of years until the kid becomes a monster that can't move anymore) or leaving the bathtub... Safe to say none of the endings involve the child ever finding their mother again. Even after successfully "getting clean" (which really only makes them look worse).

Well, something about your animation reminds me of it and of the song Useless Child by Kikuo. It's sad and melancholic. And while your animation likely isn't related whatsoever/ the character's situation isn't the same, I still quite like the themes and feelings that come from your work.
