I am liking hardy's read on some of these possessions.

People are definitely over reacting about klays 0/9. We didn't add him expecting superstar performance, we added him for luka and kyrie to give him open looks. Last night, the mavs barely gave him any good open looks, so he shot poorly.

Crafty move by Jkidd sitting Kyrie to hammer out the log jam at guard between Spence, Grimes, and Hardy. Grimes showed out while Hardy shows he really isn't a point Guard along with Dinwiddie not showing as such either. Hardy is a good shooter, though.

Mavs need someone to set the tone in that second unit and Grimes shows tenacity on both sides of the ball. Those turnovers are unacceptable

Klay is missing this game. But man, Hardy and Grimes showed up. Spencer still not impressing me that much.

But Hardy's lob and passing this game is pretty good. If we'll just based the rotation on the offseason games he'll probably should play over Din. But let's see, Spencer might get a first crack at it but Hardy is right behind him, ready to take the spot.

Man, these highlights make them look great haha. But really, there's a lot to like in this game. A lot of mistakes to clean up, but also a lot to like.

Jaz is awesome. I hate cutting BWill, but Jaz looks COMFORTABLE out there. Maybe he should be our Dinwiddie?

Omax's under the basket game is strong. It seems like anytime he's got the ball in the paint, it'll either be a field goal or foul throws, or both. I know he has a lot to clean up, but I like his game a lot.

Grimes looks good. His jump shot is smooth and confident. Love the shooting, the handles, and the passing. Very capable.

DLive and Gaff are so important to this team.

Not worried about Klay. His shot will fall, and I'll take his cold streaks over THJ's cold streaks any day. He has good IQ and his on court role will be much more solidified and easier next to Luka and Kyrie.

I'm not surprised Klay missed the shots that he did, as he was trying to create his own shot with both Luka and Kyrie being out of the lineup, even forcing a few. He's better at catch and shoot, which we seen glimpses of in the previous game with Kyrie.
