Sounds like a vocal Tourette, I experienced and still do experience it til this day but it’s not even close to as extreme as this. Used to be caught humming back in elementary and making weird grunt noises cuz I had the URGE to just feel it. Like it soothed me and if I didn’t do it I’d feel like, idk, empty in ways until I fulfilled it
