Regarding the theoretical impossible numbers like for the question at 23:13 with -1 and 101, the question is asking for a BVA Coverage Percentage, if you were to include -1 and 101 in total BVA values, they would only cover 6/14 and expressed as a percentage is 42.86% which is not an option to choose. So we can safely say that -1 and 101 are not included in the answer. Dropping those 2 values they cover 6/12 BVA Values which is 50% exact which is an option to choose from being option A. I think it just takes logical thinking and some logical tweaking to the calculation when looking at the possible answers.
This is 100% the most informative video on BVA, I had no idea 3 point BVA was this complex as I am only self studying

I guess -1 is ignored in the question because it will be considered as 2 characters, as in the question he specified numbers of characters not specific number
