THE STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL - FESTA FRAWLI - MGARR (MALTA)

Come join us for the sixth edition of the Imgarr Strawberry Festival; Festa Frawli!

Freshly picked Imgarr Strawberries (ferried every hour to the square by the farmers themselves), two open air kitchens with ample seating areas, day long entertainment on stage with a wide variety of acts, horse and pony rides, animators, playground, bouncing castles, several educational exhibits and of course healthy strawberry snacks.

Several stands will also be offering strawberry themed crafts, jams, wine and conserves, as well as other products. Malta's largest ever strawberry gateau will be unveiled in front of the parish church, and later will be cut up and offered for sale. Guided visits to the nearby Ta' Hagrat Neolithic temples will be provided by Heritage Malta. A perfect opportunity to spend a memorable day in the epitome of the small Maltese village; Imgarr. Definitely not to be missed!

Free Park and Ride will be available from Ta'Qali (near National Park) starting half an hour earlier, from 9:30am with regular shuttles to and from Imgarr square!
