ComfyUI with ZLUDA on Windows for AMD GPUs (Tutorial).

We install ComfyUI with ZLUDA to amazingly speed up Stable Diffusion.
The prerequisite is that SD.next has been successfully installed according to the video link below. The SD.next installation includes all the required modules and copies the required DLLs, making installing ComfyUI with ZLUDA quite easy.

Hey, there is patientx/ComfyUI-Zluda fork now, that automates everything. When Python and HIP are correctly installed (the versions must be the same as in README), it's just a single-click install.

Since I was using Radeon integrated graphics, I had to slightly modify the code, but anyone can use it by just watching this YouTube video and following along.

Thank you so much for tge guide, although I'm struggling with the custom nodes, almosr all of them give me import failed even if i manuallly install their requirements. I heard some nodes with xformers dont work with zluda but i dont which are and which failed to install

Do you know if Applio (text-to-speech) can work with Zluda. I think it used to work with amd by directml but my program just starts on cpu😢.

I'm running into a hickup here. I was able to follow your video steps, but when you get to the part where you are activating the scripts in VENV (with activate) nothing happens. My pip list doesn't show any new packages activated, and the first part of my text prompt still shows (zluda) where yours shows (venv) (zluda).

A bit of a weird question I guess but is there a chance zluda would be able to spoof an nvidia gpu? I ran an AI app and it recognized the cuda but it got confused at when it tried to find the card so didn't build all the way

cannot get ComfyUI Running with SD.next now after an accidental update - "Device: cuda:0 AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX [ZLUDA] : cudaMallocAsync" disaplaying - the model_management.py no longer mentions AMD anywhere as it's been overwritten with an updated version which includes apparent changes.
