You mentioned no softening or melting of the plastic but at 3:27 you can definitely tell some bending has happened on the right side of the entire build. It's quite glaring, but unassumingly you wouldn't find it. Once you see it you really cant "un-see" it.

Youtuber Optimum Tech modeled and assembled a 3D printed case of 2.7 liters volume with the same card, but this one is by far more aesthetic and elegant. Indeed the materials can be improved and optimized but I really like what they achieved here.

Just a tip for anyone looking at the i5-13400. Just get the i5-13500. It has 8 e-cores instead of 4.
