The ambassador couldn't say anything except what our high officials wanted. In reality only one plane has left.

Someone I know met the officials. They are in dire need of cargo flights to syria from India.
If India wanted they could have arranged cargo flights to take the donations people are giving Unfortunately it's all hands off and left to Syrian officials to request if anyone knows somebody in the ministry who can facilitate arrangements for cargo flights.
