OnePlus 13 conveys color and texture better and more naturally. And that's the main thing. Tell me how often you will shoot objects from a distance. There's practically no one who needs it. Zoom in on the object a little bit and that's it, but a perspope is nonsense. For this reason, the OP is super from this test!

The OnePlus 13 is not bad but just like the Oppo Find X8 Pro it's a real regression in terms of camera equipment, but, my real problem with the OnePlus 13 is this blatant and yet silly effort made by Oppo in terms of photo-video processing to make the OnePlus 13 really inferior to the Oppo Find X8 Pro in photo-video, it's so silly, and it must take so much unnecessary effort to set up different photo-video treatments for almost the same equipment, pff 🤦🏽‍♂️

I dont know why the phone companies focus on zoom when nobody needs it, rather there is a better need for natural looking clear pictures, better stabilization and clarity for recording natural looking videos even in low light.

OnePlus is really good with still images but video stability in iphone and audio quality is unmatched.

The only thing I don't like about OP 13's camera is its white balance. Sometimes over exposed.

If you want Zoom, get a proper camera with like 110 mm lens. Else Oneplus does excellent job for natural photos and color settings.

It's just normal camera. It's not the best one, but OK. I am owner of OnePlus 12 and got used to have not very good photos in the bright scenes, but it can be fixed with night mode - sadly it's not working with videos.
Apart of that - if you take photos under daylight this smartphone is the best one cpmparing quality/price. After Oneplus and don't want to go back to any device that chargering less than 30 mins.

Telephoto also looks much better with the OnePlus wide-angle lens and I really do wish they use the Periscope zoom from the OnePlus 12 instead of the lens they chose but it is what they chose
