This should have been in the movie big time. This scene clearly represents Rexy remembering herself getting into the same situation as she did 65 million years ago and about to get the same outcome. Then, when it shows her furious eye, its like she's saying 'Not again'.

Actually, we are getting a different fight scene between Giga and Rexy in the Blu Ray extended cut. So when the cast gets to the center point of the BioSyn building and come across Rexy and Giga, it shows brief flashbacks of Rexy vs Giga 65 Million Years Ago because the way Rexy and Giga meet in the final battle is almost identical to their battle 65 Million Years Ago

This adds so much more character to rexy. Honestly, cutting the prologue was one of the biggest problems i had with my experience with this film. I didn’t have a problem with the story at all because essentially there’s only so much of it you need to make a dinosaur movie entertaining. I didn’t care for the story in the first jurassic park when i was a kid. It was always about the dinosaurs and i think they nailed them here. Some amazing designs and finally actual animatronics! I hope they see how well received the prologue was and make a jurassic park prequel set entirely in the Cretaceous

Im glad were getting the extended cuts and deleted scenes in the Blu Ray or something version of Jurassic World Dominion.

This is way better because it provides more darkness to the film and to the idea of Rexy avenging her ancestor.

That one clip shows us that Rexy isn't just a mindless predator but an intelligent self-aware animal which remembers old grudges.

This was the coolest thing I've ever scene i wish the extended cut was in the original release that way i hadn't have to be so much disappointed after watching the original in the theatre 😔😔

1. Rexy's Flashback (this one)
2. Oviraptor vs Lystrosaurus
3. Spinosaurus cameo
4. Etc.
Hope an extended version will be released including the deleted scenes.
