everyone's saying they're unreliable because they get torn down and rebuilt after every race or two, you got to understand these motors are turning 7, 8, 9 thousand rpm sometimes hours on end. they're made out of lightweight high performance parts. any motor would need to be rebuilt after that

I could use one of those Toyota racing V8s in my 2006 RAV4. Its 3.5L V6 does run strong, but I need/want more umph.

You guys wouldn’t mind if I borrowed one right?

Yeah you need to send them back and tell him to put some more horsepower in them like they used to have.

If toyota decided to put one of these engines in a real Camry, we’d have the next hellcat on our hands

Man, I miss it when old Joe was the head coach of the Redskins that’s when we actually used to win for Snyder took over and decided I’m gonna rebuild and make the best team ever for 20 years and never actually win lol

So other words the lower end teams that have to run them over and over again is super bad for the engine and teams results?

Looks like one of them had my racing number. Youll have to ship that one to me for a proper inspection.

Imagine if you can buy these engines and put them a project car😂

Gosh I WISH I could have one shipped to me in one of those crates!

Sounds inefficient. It's not like Joe Gibbs has a world class engine shop on their campus

Now what about the smaller teams? Perhaps that is the problem with competition, the teams like Spire are literally racing with back-up engines, or building them on their own. With the way teams are, the fact Corey or Hocevar can finish in the Top 15 any given week is a sign of much better driving skills than we see out of the big named guys.

So basically if I work for a shipping company and I see a TRD crate headed to Cali, I should expect an engine? That’s cool af.

I love to get a NASCAR engine for quite a few things not just for even vehicles

Toyota should be allowed to use the Camry as it’s nascar if the Camry isn’t offered in a v8

C’mon Toyota, stick one of these V8s in a regular Camry.
