The worst is when you have a very talkative escort and you realize, that for the past twenty minutes it’s been complete silence and you lost them somewhere on a rock.

And then of course you hear other players mention how easy this escort mission was because all you had to do was equip Baelin with armor.

People kept complaining about the difficulty of this quest. In a patch, the devs flagged Baelin as nearly invincible, and forgot to turn it off when the quest completed. This explains Baelin's Route
