A classic instrument of strength.

Named after French-Canadian strongman and performer Louis Cyr, the Cyr dumbbell is a large, thick-handled dumbbell with round ends, used often in Strongman competitions.

At the 2023 Rogue Invitational, individual athletes took on the 100-/70-lb dumbbells for the first time in The Circus.

Her lockout is powerful and stable. Amazing form. She definitely does mobility and takes great care of her joints.

Edit: whoa wasn’t expecting this. I personally thought she was incredibly impressive especially since I’m a woman so seeing this motivates me to be better! I admire her strength and I aspire to get strong like that!!! ❤️
