This is how I imagine the Battle:
Mega Kaiju is a little far from Shin, and because of its Radar, Shin Detects it from Miles away and fires its Beams at the Mega
Mega is injured and this makes him furious and rushes to fight Shin.
He takes it down and starts to Beat Shin until when he is already all destroyed by Mega's punches he uses his Tail Beam to pierce Mega Kaiju's Skull, Killing him.
