Supreme Court ruled Section 125 CrPC applies to all women, including divorced Muslim women. The Apex Court ruled that Muslim women can seek maintenance from husbands upon divorce. A divorced Muslim female can file a petition for maintenance from her husband, according to Supreme Court.
