I've been really enjoying Presello lately! I especially appreciate Julia's expertise and her attention to detail in the house tours.

I have a suggestion that I believe could improve the viewing experience. To enhance the flow during close-up presentations of specific house features, be more consistent in incorporating a variety of camera shots instead of just dolly shot movements. This could involve cutting to pre-filmed close-up shots of the details Julia highlights. This way, the details can be presented smoothly without needing the camera to physically move towards them every time. Overall, the presentation is fantastic! Keep up the excellent work.

Can I just say that Julia talks very natural as if she is conversing with us face to face. She is very demure, very considerate and very cute! That’s why I only watch her because she is not trying so hard when speaking.

I like that the entrance on the bottom floor is handicap accessible. For some reason, most of the houses have steps at every single entrance, creating a problem for guests or residents who use wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

I can't afford it though, of course. But the next owner would be ecstatic about how beautiful this house is built for him, good luck! And thanks for sharing this featured video once again, Julia. Naimagine ko na Yung Christmas tree pwede ipwesto sa may stairs kaya may plug sa sahig. Tpos portable pool sa likod ng bahay. Katuwa kahit di ko sya mabibili nakakapag imagine ako kung ano ano pwede gawin at ilagay sa bahay na yan❤😊
