During this time at home in quarantine, i feel relaxed focusing my energy on the simple things and moments in my daily life. I think we can all take more moments throughout the day to breath into the present moment and simply start to observe all the small bits of beauty thats around us. I truly have so much love for all of you.... this community is filled with so much support, it's truly amazing. i hope you like these recipes, the cookies are amazing, i bring them to work almost everyday haha. Taste good with coffee as well;)

I'm 70. Lived ( feels like i lived 300 lives) in two continents. I'm very successful moneywise.
I felt happiest ever, when in my late sixties I lived in my 1980s van next to the ocean in San Diego.

This is how we lived when we were young . We didn’t have electricity or smart phones then. It was called poverty then. Now people make money out of it. Strange world. I must tell you though we were lot happier those days. I can’t wait to go back to that simplicity. Good luck Isabel .
