I was precisely hearing a talk about karma and reincarnation today. The higher self does not see whatever action with which ever "consequence"/result as good or evil but rather as a specific experience in which one can learn from. It is ultimately you whom decides through experience or from your wisdom to chose the decision which will lead to harmony. For harmony is the most fulfilling experience. The nature of love is not force and so it is ultimately you who chooses to walk in love through your experience of discernment of what decisions will give fruit to no matter how long or how many incarnations it takes.
