I recently bought this plant at Trader Joe’s and I’m not sure if I’m supposed to move it to a pot or leave it in the glass vase

Thanks a lot for this helpful video. I left bulbs outside for few months and brougt inside before winter, I see I inch green piece coming from each bulb. Do I still need cold stratify? Thanks again
