When McCartney was fleshing out the first Wings album he had John Bohnam
Sit in for a pre production jam on the song “beware my Love”it’s definitely a live practice but you can immediately tell Bonzo was on the drums!

Other than his band with Rusty, Abe and the boys, who I think are fantastic, I think MY version of his dream band would include Levon Helm, Felix Cavaliere, Dino Danelli, Eric Clapton, Bonnie Raitt, Bonnie and Bekka Bramlett, Cory Wells, Jack Bruce, Bobby Whitlock and Chuck Leavell.

as a band is a totally different thing.
I can't see Ringo playing drums in a
