For those buying the book, be aware that the retailers currently call it a "Pre-Order". It's not a pre-order. You can buy a hard copy right now and get it shipped within a week or two. This is a funny little prank my publisher likes to play to confuse people.

If you're not based in the US, I recommend seeing if you can order the book through a local library! The shipping cost is pretty insane right now, so try multiple retailers to see which one is the cheapest. I'm doing my best to find ways to cut the price down, but it's been very slow so far.
