I was 17 when I got pregnant. No car, license, job, and still in high school. My stepmom who my dad always sided with, told me if I didn't have an abortion that she would pay for, I could not live in their house. My mother cried for 4 days and told me to get an abortion. Everyone, litterly, everyone told me I ruined my life.

Even at 17, I KNEW I couldn't abort my baby. I always knew it was a baby. I knew I wouldn't be able to live with myself. Once I made my decision, my mom tried to talk me into adopting her out to a friend of hers who couldn't have children. I refused. The dad was around and helped but he still went off and partying, lying, and tried to cheat on me. My stepmom and dad kicked me out of the house while pregnant, so I stayed with the dad of the baby and grandma (his mom). I graduated a year early, 1 month before her birth by going through a special program through the local college (so lucky they had that for ppl like me or ppl behind in school). I graduated from my home high school a year early. My mom let me and the dad stay with her for 3 months after my baby was born. We got a duplex in the ghetto and broke up after he had an affair on me with a married woman at home depot where he was working. I worked as much as I could. Worked hard with no skills living in a two bedroom trailer with my best friend at the time I got close to at work. I met my husband at 23 and went to college. Got my degree, married in punta cana on the beach, bought a beautiful house and had two more kids. The dad is still involved, but that baby is now 15 years old and just got her first job and is learning how to drive.

All this to say, I didn't ruin my life. You will still meet a good guy who will love your child as their own, you can still go to college, you can still make a beautiful life if you want it enough to work hard for it. She was the best baby, and sweetest toddler/kid, and as a teen, she's not so bad 😂 she taught me unconditional love and I would die for her. I thank God he gave me the strength to beat the odds and not cave to everyone around me.

I just googled "post abortion syndrome, " and all of the articles were questioning whether it even exists. The evil of the pro abortion side apparently knows no bounds.

My ex wanted me to have an about at 5/6 months pregnant. It still traumatizes me just the thoughts alone. I felt like I was literally in hell. Like I’d rather die that live with that. She was already kicking at that point. I already had a name. I already loved her. She’s 8 wks now 🩷

I used to be a nanny and housekeeper. Every family I worked with besides 1 had suffered at least 1 miscarriage and the grief was real, little framed ultrasounds, angel placards, and graves. One family, both parents were having issues with autoimmune complications, and they had 9 miscarriages, 9 lost children, 1 while I was working for them.

I walked in on the wife while one of her family members was on the phone telling her she should just get over it because it wasn't even a baby yet. She started screaming sobbing, I was so taken aback by how someone could say something so cruel to someone, so I walked over and grabbed the phone and hung up and sat her down and just hugged her and let her cry until she fell asleep. Once she fell asleep I just went out in the hall and cried. Cried for the couple desperate to be parents, for the loss of life, for the callous nature of our society. I will never support abortion. The loss of human life is a gut punch every time.

I used to be pro life personally, but pro-choice for others. These interviews have had me crying for days and I have completely converted to staunchly pro-life under all circumstances. I can’t even wrap my mind around how evil the abortion industry is. It’s so much more diabolical than I could have ever imagined.

I should be a father. 22 years ago, when I and my girlfriend were just 17, we were pushed by our direct environment to abort our baby. I wish, still every day, that I would have stepped up, but I didn't. And that is somethig I have to live with every day.
The girlfriend from back then has a beautiful daugther rigth now, so God bless her. Me, I am a 39 year old drunk (not looking for your sympathy tho, it's all my choice)
In the abortion question, people often forget the men.
Just my two cents.

This was so therapeutic. I was balling as I listened. Would be nice to hear from the fathers of these precious babies. I feel we do not account for the grief they also have to endure. Thanks again to all these wonderful ladies. God bless you

It's a mother's job to protect her babies.

A mother's womb should be the safest place in the world. Thank you for your stories! How courageous.

These women are so good to let their grief and wrestling be public. Praying that minds and hearts will be opened to see how infinitely important each person is🤍

I'm a Registered Nurse. I took care of a mother at a small town Arizona hospital where I worked as a travel nurse. I was working on a regular Medical/Surgical floor. This woman came in who had had some type of abortion requiring a medication to be inserted vaginally, but she had changed her mind and come into the ER late at night. They put her in one of the beds on my unit stating she was approx 19 wks 6 days, and she wasn't eligible to go to the Labor and Deliver unit until 20 weeks (I thought that's dumb, it's close enough, plus I didn't know much about caring for pregnant patients). She had a bad infection, and I was told we were just treating her for the infection and she was likely to finish the abortion since she had taken some, even if it wasn't all, of the vaginal inserts. She started having labor pains and crying saying she wanted to save the baby. I called her admitting doctor requesting she at least be transferred to the maternity ward, but he said "She's already a single mother of 4 with a history of drug addiction. Since she wanted an abortion in the first place just let her have it" and hung up on me. I wasn't sure what to do. I called a maternity nurse to come check her, and the baby still had a strong heartbeat, and she was only a couple centimeters dilated. I called the doctor back and informed him of these things and demanded he give me orders to transfer her, stop labor, and sustain the pregnancy as she was trying to save her baby, that how many kids she had or a history of drug use had absolutely no bearing at this time, and I would make a lot of trouble in this small town for him in a legal sense and in a sense of making it difficult publicly for him in that small town by making sure folks knew of his lack of professionalism and compassion for his patients. He sighed, cussed, and did what I asked. When she would have been about 7 months I saw her at a store and she looked to still be pregnant. It's been 20 years and I still wonder If the baby was okay. Listening to you all talk has encouraged me in my hopes that the child survived and had no permanent damage. At least I pray that's the case. Thanks for reading this long comment. Sorry but just wanted to say something that was on my mind for a while.

My mother was 18, she already had two little girls, one was 7 months old, the other was three. My grandmother who had an abortion with twins in the 1940's with no guilt even though she was married, demanded that my mother have an abortion or she would kick her out. She found a doctor, made the appointment but my mother begged not to go through with it. She won! My infant older sister weighed 10 pounds so because my mother had a large belly and a young doctor, neither realized she was actually pregnant with twins! My twin and I were born 6 weeks early at 5 lb 7 oz and 5 lb 11 oz. I'm glad my mother chose life!

This series “Face to Face” about abortion is the most powerful pro-life message I’ve ever heard 💔

The woman who survived the saline solution abortion was likely the same gestational age as the baby boy currently in my belly. I broke down crying just imagining him enduring that kind of torture at 31 weeks old.

He’s already head down and so strong. My belly is so big. My heart breaks for her and her birth mother.

Abortion survivers should speak more!!!
They represent all the unwanted babies who dont have a voice, because it is being taken away, but they have a right to livge just like everyone else!!!
The industry wants to silence you, say you were a mistake because "you should have died", but it just the opposite, you deserve to live and are just as valuable!!
And anyone who says you are not is showing how souless they are

Abortion survivors are Gods direct way of giving us the opportunity to see our flaws, and the pain we've inflicted upon the innocent. The choice to choose change is the blessing, and the reward for choosing life is salvation! 💝

I was instructed that I should terminate my pregnancy twice throughout the pregnancy due to my child's medical diagnosis. I prayed and prayed for protection over my child, a perfect birth later and some slight medical accomodations and here my baby is today growing running and playing just as any child does.

Sharing stories like these women are doing here saves not only the innocent lives of the babies, but the lives and souls of the mothers as well. Thank you to these brave woman for sharing🙏✨💞

Blessings to the woman in need fearing for the life of her and her baby, make it known they are loved❤
