This lady is playing it super safe. There's a lot of "mental gymnastics" from her side where she doesn't really try to condemn someone/something and really stretches out her answers. The moment I've finished I started to think she's lying and hiding a lot of truth.

Kisin is spot on with his questions in challenging her and trying to get the truth! She’s knows the truth but seems to refuse to believe that there was obvious malicious and purposely neglectful intentions. It’s hard to listen to her, as she seems to know there’s a problem but also struggles to complete a full sentence with genuine honest conclusions.
