This hits so deep. Especially when u stuck in a depression for several years. It sounds so easy, ignoring all the stuff you can’t control, all the bad thoughts about the past that doesn’t matter and all the one’s about the future that will probably never happen!
All he’s trying to say is that you should pick the good parts out of your life, everything else is a waste of your time.
