There is a significant difference between these tvs, the panel finish. G4 has an amazing anti reflection coating, while the C4 carries the typical very glossy dark, that is actually a mirror. It would be nice if you could compare that, under daylight conditions.

In my opinion it is not a significant difference at all. I just got the c4 77 inch recently back in September for my birthday and I love that thing. It does everything I need it to do from video games, movies, shows and sports games at a high level. I was just not willing to spend an extra 2 grand to get the 77 inch G4 when the differences are incremental at best. Good video though bro. Appreciate the comparison.

Thank you for your video. It's very informative. I have a suggestion on what might help with this disparity in the audio. If you place the TVs side by side on the floor or on a flat surface, you will get an even comparison between the two. With the G4 above the C4, I believe the sound is shooting down behind the C4 and changing the audio output. Just a thought, I hope it helps. Thank you for your help.

I loved your comparison. One thing I would like is to see a comparison in a very bright room and in a very dark room. I would think that the G4 should stand out in the bright room.

Upgraded my master bedroom LG OLED 55C9 to the 65C4 (with Sonos soundbar). The C4 series is an improvement over the C9 in every category. Stuck with the 65C4 ($1500 USD) because of it was almost $300 cheaper than the 55G4 ($1800 55G4, $2300 65G4). I was reusing my articulating wall mount from the 55C9 and was 100% good to go with the C4 TV mounting points and viewing angles to limit light sources (window, lamp, door, overhead lights).

I recently bought a LG g4 65inch, and tv shows weird color patterns when peak brightness is on, is it an issue in the tv?
