I applaud you…so many people would have pawned it off onto someone else and made it their problem and just bought a new boat. I think you did a great service to yourself with all of the upgrades including backer plates and increasing aluminum gage.

Hi Nick, A while back I asked you about a source for whole baits for your bait rigs. I also said that I would let you know if I found one. Well, I realize that it isn't quite the same fish, but, when I was at Bearcats in Howard today I found packages of whole sardines frozen. They are about 6 inches long and about 2 inches tall. I am going to give them a try after adding some salt and some borax.
Thanks again for all your very helpful videos. Maybe we will meet up out there on the ice looking for some whitefish this winter.

Nick you mentioned drilling holes for transducer mounts . I have been seeing many glue the mounting board right to the transom with 5200 . No holes in transom . Looks to work very well .

I am in the process of doing the same thing replacement, if mine is smaller in thickness i am thinking of putting an additional 1/8 skin opposite the dam inside the very back and try to figure out how to fill all the unnecessary holes on the original back

Myself when i put in foam i would put a thick plastic sort of liner, then foam over and into it.Becsuse that foam will draw in water, regardless of what uou heard, i saw a guy remove the foam in his not very old boat and wring out the water

Hey Nick, I noticed you have a Trollsmarter unit. Is that new to you? How do you like the unit? Did you have a troll master before? Thanks. Great video.

It just occurred to me while watching this that the jugs of foam liquid should also be at 80 degrees for maximum expansion.
