So DRAM-less SSDs basically take a little longer to find data, but once it finds it, it's pretty much the same as an SSD with DRAM.
Got it, thanks. :)

Remove the "Page File" from your SSD's and that will reduce the amount of unnecessary read/write/deletes from your SSD's daily. Toss a SATA spinner drive in and make it house the "Page File" because a standard hard drive is much more durable in the long term for Windows systems given how much data can be written and erased by just browsing websites and watching YouTube.

I would never buy a NVME without DRAM. Stop being cheap and put DRAM in all your drives.

I will be purchasing the 2 terabyte SSD for the PS5 with the Sabrent heatsink. I have to wait until I have the money. And that will be at the first of the month. I hope there won't be supply issues at that point. I can tell you that I will not be interested in a DRAM-less ssd. I'm more interested in the SSD lasting as long as possible.

So if I got it right DRAMless NVMe SSDs are better than SATA SSDs with DRAM cache. SATA SSDs with DRAM are already good enough for gamers but now when we can get DRAMless NVMe SSDs for the same price it's time to buy it instead. Thank you very much for this info.

DRAM is great however your average consumer coming from a 5400rpm mechanical hard drive, upgrading to a DRAM-LESS BX500 is going to be extremely happy with the speed increase in general! It is not going to be a huge deal to them, nor would they even notice unless you said something.

You completely ignored what matters on SSDs without DRAM, that is whether they use HMB or not.

Which one of your SSD's does and doesn't have Dram?

If a DRAM SSD is advertised as 7000 mb/s read/write. And a DRAM-Less SSD is advertised as 7000 mb/s read/write as well, would there be any difference between the two?

Hey Sabrent Guys! How could we know which of your NVMe SSDs have DRAM Cache, since you never mention that on your website?

Great video. Would you recommend Kingston A2000 over Samsung 980 ?

I'm already running my windows and applications on a 500 nvme with a dram. I want to use the second slot just to store files and maybe bigger games. Is it worth giving extra 20 euros for a ssd with a dram?

Maybe it was a good choice to buy a dram SSD, because I’m not using it for the OS, I will use it for games and music

the main problem of dramless is not speed, but the endurance, OS write a tons of data into the ssd daily
mine is above 50gb daily wth, barely running anything
