What are leads, and why is your website the perfect place to capture them?
A lead is a person or business who is interested in your company’s products or services. They can be people who fill in a signup form on your website, they can be a new followers on your business's social media, or they might be returning visitors.
And capturing leads means allowing a website visitor to provide their personal info, such as their name or email address, and in return the visitor receives, let’s say, a Cheat sheet or a free trial.
You need to understand that your website is the hub of your marketing, any marketer will tell you that. So all the social media work, email marketing campaigns, and the rest are designed to bring people to your website, where you can convert them into leads.
