Try to recreate a topographic map every "x" number of ft or so in elevation. Snap together like floor tiles, so you can print it in sections. Could be a local map in small elevations or a world map in 100-1000 ft elevations

What about lidar? It will pick up the exact same map depending on how big the printer is maybe slice it in different sections wich interlock like a big puzzel with all the details from the map shown before :)

If you dont want to invest in drones and lidar, there are topography scans online of different areas using lidar as the scanning technology already. If you need I can try to find specific sites, but there are even other youtube videos talking about it. Once you find one you like, you can choose to scale the scans to whatever size you want, and as they get smaller, details will naturally fall off. If you're printing resin, that may be less true though. The other suggestions on how to assemble are good advice too if you choose to make the print larger.
