Noisia - Closer

Hello Person.

After Outer Edges we were trying to find a new direction for Noisia. This resulted in an extensive journey that took us through a lot of new ideas and music.

Although we eventually decided to stop, we are proud of the things we made along the way, and these tunes were always meant to be part of a larger whole. So before we finally close the book on Noisia, we wanted to share them with you, on one last album. Previously released or newly finished, they all represent directions we enjoyed exploring.

In the end, we didn’t manage to figure things out. But we did get closer.

I still remember once learning about who the members of Noisia were. One guy responsible for arrangement, one for musical part of it (theory) and one for sound design, something like that if I recall correctly, but hearing that blew my mind, Noisia will always be the best. Don't worry guys, there's still Zonderling which is also amazing! Love you guys <3

I will never forgive myself for sleeping through your set at Motion Notion, B.C. Canada in 2015. It was my first full weekend camping rave so by Sunday when you guys were headlining I was comatose. I just barely made it to the end of Black Sun Empire's set who came on straight after you guys and I thankfully got to hear a remix of Asteroids but I am still kicking myself to this day for missing your set. As far as I can tell you never came to western Canada again after that. . .
