You send old equipment that you don't use and don't need that is equivalent to the amount of these billions. If the USA Republican Party cannot vote for the Ukrainian aid then why not just abstain from casting your vote. Then everyone knows where you stand on the issue this would allow the aid to be passed. It will also show that you are fundamentally against the right of independence and freedom of speech and language. Once they have the military equipment and money for the economy I suggest that you visit the front lines and see how your money is being spent then speak with the mothers whose children have been stolen and relocated to Russian families. Speak to the women and children who have been raped and tortured for the pleasure of the watching soldiers. You left Afghanistan after trying to get peace however the Afghanistan people where to scared to fight the Taliban etc after you did a deal to get your remaining soldiers and civilians out. Leaving many who are on wanted lists and will be facing the same treatment.
