LEGO The Beatles Yellow Submarine set - My Thoughts!

The LEGO Beatles Yellow Submarine set has been revealed today. Here's my thoughts on the set itself, which is set 21306!

I also like how there is a stand for the minifigures just like the Ecto 1 ideas set. Would like an A Team set with the van and then a stand for the minifigures.

That set looks amazing! I have 2 of the figures already and they're very accurate and good quality compared to the animated versions. The sub resembles both the animation and the original Idea project vastly. I'm glad the sub at least fits all the figures

This was most unexpected. Out of the sets that got 10, 000 I wasn't expecting this to get through. I am loving the model though

I could think of a better set more people would recognize. Why not make a set of the Beatles walking down abbey road? It would just be a display set for anyone who loves the beatles as much as they love legos. They could just build the cross walk with flat pieces and put all four beatles standing like their walking and for the back round just have a huge lego board facing up with a huge sticker as the actual back round. Sounds cool

I was not a big fan of that set but now looking at it closer and I might want to get it next time I go to the Lego store how much is it again

You should listen to more of their music, their song are pretty great, and I do recommend playing their song over and over again at different times, then you’ll just love their songs.

This is amazing. My Dad is a big Beatles fan and he got me into Lego when I was a kid, I think this will be a perfect Christmas present, I just hope scalpers don't get their grubby hands on this.
