I'd have understood the card choices more if there was a Haos card, and a Hero. Replace Prismatic Bolt with Lightning and Counter Pyrus with Haos Ascendancy or something and it would've made sense. Would have been even cooler if there was exactly 1 of each card type (so a character card), but I can certainly understand why they didn't do one. (Though they could've just done one of the main-character Bakugan like Drago.)

I was the only person at my Gamestop for the event, so they sold me a bakugan I didn't have (Ventus Trox Ultra!), then gave me a set of all 5 cards. I went back later and got the cards for my little brother too.
