Do you think that this circuit could work using 430v ballasts?
They still limit the current but they also step up the voltage...

Wow, those are some impressive arcs. I wouldn't expect an 80w tesla coil could get arcs like that using a slayer exciter circuit. What are the ballast specs?

Dear friend, I've always tried this circuit, but the mosfets always burn at starting! What is your secondary height & width and what wire gauge you've used. Your answers will help a lot. Thanks in advanced

why did you connect the primary coil directly from the balast

Dude please stop calling these Tesla coils Slayers. Its a cool video, but its not a Slayer. Call it what it is. This title puts you in company with clickbaiters and spammers and its really hard to respect your work.
