1st Wet Ink Court Signature Found In Cornwall

Allegedly An Official Wet Ink Signature - A signature always claimed are no longer used!!! On the 3rd day of September 2024 I made a long journey to Cornwall.

Did I find my first legitimate warrant with a legitimate wet in signature?

On closer inspection, I think it could be both a fraudulent warrant with a fraudulent wet ink signature…!

Why after all this time have the court enforcement officer brought a wet ink signature on a document that purports to be from a legitimate court jurisdiction, when in the past, they have all claimed that they don’t use them any more…!

The plot thickens…

Yes proper ex police officer. It was good seeing police on the beat so smart back in the day. And people would offer them a cup of tea or a cold drink. Good Police and Good citizens against the bad. That's how it was.

So here's a point
If the Bailiffs come to do a repression without the proper correct legal paperwork giving legal authorisation to to enact an eviction there is no reason the the charges for the bailiffs work should be charged to anyones equity amount as they were not there legally , and so have no legal right to compensation !
Surely as well renaming bailiffs enforcement officers does not work in law as the law grants Bailiffs the right to repossess legally but does not grant "enforcement officers" such rights unless every law is put through parliament again to change the word bailiffs in the act to the words enforcement officers !
