not to defend him, but I traveled through Spain for a month 20 years ago. The culture was very friendly and passionate by nature. I have seen and experienced it myself during social gathering meeting and leaving where they hug and kisses each other, even kisses on the lips among men. I sometimes received kisses on the lips as well from ladies when they were leaving. I think the old Spanish culture clashes with today's worldwide me too/feminist influence culture. What was appropriate and natural for Luis from his era is now not acceptable in current days Spain. From my experience in Spain 20 years ago, he was not doing anything not normal. But with today's standard, his actions can be labeled pervert/sexual harassment.
