In a private phone call with former staffers, President Obama called Donald Trump’s COVID-19 response a ‘chaotic disaster.' 'The response to this global crisis has been so anemic and spotty. And it would’ve been bad even with the best of governments. It has been an absolute chaotic disaster,' President Obama said.

This audio, which was obtained by Yahoo News & confirmed by CNN, was from a call between Barack Obama and 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association. The Obama admin created a 69-page pandemic playbook in 2016, which Trump chose to ignore amid the coronavirus pandemic.
