The Story of Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Hope you enjoy this new series that I am working on. Not sure what to call it yet, but it's episode 1, so will obviously improve as we go forward. Let me know what you think of the topic and of course, the storytelling.

Really enjoyed creating this video. It's not perfect, but it's a start, and I hope to tell more stories in all of the places that I visit. Let me know what you think, be honest. What would you improve, what did you enjoy?

It's so easy to forget the history behind the places we visit. The struggles and hardship these people had under the war. The scars are there out in the open. But people visiting just want that Selfie and move on. Great video Darren 👍 I like this style of video.

Showcased very thoughtfully. The idea was already interesting & you communicated the same with conviction. There is no other joy than to discover stories while you travel and give yourself the permission to be the explorer & finally know what it means to be alive. Great stuff as always and look forward to more storytelling from your travels in the upcoming episodes of Travel Talk. Cheers!

I enjoyed the angle of the video Darren but I think to say that all tourists are the same is a bit of a stretch. Many people that I know of, including myself, do learn about the places we visit and the story behind them, I think saying all tourists want is a selfie in front of a nice view is so far from the truth because it varies greatly from person to person, many tourists travel solely for the history. I have travelled in Bosnia, and while I was there I learnt all about the war also. I think just because someone doesn't always feel the need to share the history or the story about a place on social media does not mean that they don't appreciate it. I don't want to discredit you, like I say I liked the angle of the video but the part where you were putting all tourists in the same box, I just couldn't agree with. I'm only commenting this as you asked for honest feedback, no hard feelings and keep pushing, it is obvious that you put a lot of work into this one, good on you. Nick.

The video feels more like a documentary. Informative. A beautiful town with a sad past.

There is a reason why so many buildings are not renovated, it's because of the political situation and the lack of founds
