Rewilding isn't just about habitat restoration. Since it requires reforestation -- while that's wildlife's main habitat -- forests also stabilize climate, so reforestation is integral to averting the climate chaos we do face if we continue using petroleum and deforest. Forest's are also key to nature's hydrology, plus they're nature's carbon sink the oceans were never meant to become. Please advocate for reforestation & against continued petroleum use, for posterity.

Someone should have told the animator that rewildering does not equate to closed-canopy forests exclusively. Some meadows/mosaic is crucial to megaherbivors. Highly recommend Paul Jepson's Rewilding book.

Uh, I'm not sure I want a hippo in my swimming area; they're dangerous! I prefer wildlife corridors, so they can move from one uninhabited (by people) area to another.
