when you say "largest cities" are you talking in terms of area, population, amount of structures? are you taking metropolitan areas into account?

I doubt seriously of some information and the real location of some cities (like Akkad, Ur and Uruk). Also, is really crazy to think that uncivilized people without proper agriculture could be more populated that the fertile crescent (the "cities" that you show before gökbeli and Uruk are just crazy).
You forgot other really important cities that were the biggest at it's time: Jericho, Kish, Lagash, Mohenjo Daro, Sais, Seleucia, Damascus, Samarcanda and Paris.
