im going to sound like a total nerd but bro, , this gif really does bring to attention the amount of detail that was put into kakegurui. the way yumeko's eyes slightly open when she looks up and a small shadow appears as she squints is simple and basic but expertly executed attention to detail. the way her head and hair don't move an inch yet she still conveys so much emotion really shows what kind of character she is. coming from an artist whos attempted animation multiple times, this stuff right here? this is how i get my kicks. i'd talk about color schemes, but i have homework to do.
