One of my favorite properties there was only two things I didn’t like one was the color of the floor of the entire home and two was for $10 million It should have a little bit of a bigger backyard other than that it’s been my favorite

Very nice! Only major complaint is the two car garage. At this price, you should have parking for several vehicles, garage space for at least four. Ground floor layout may be a little wonky…not sure I like the elevated TV’s on the fireplace and too much wine storage. Wine storage should be cool and out of sight. Wine is not a chatski. Its cute. I would'nt want any neighbours near me, and its too near the street is the drawback for me. The kitchen islands are nice, but l would have one good sized island, as with two, the space between them becomes too narrow. I'd move the bins from outside the office because of flies or smells but thats easily done. The interior decor on the whole is very sweet.
