I love the Daniel’s Fast! I typically do it at least once a year for at least 45-60 days! It’s amazing!

Ooh I love this healthy grocery haul! I started putting flax seeds in my yogurt bowl for breakfast and have really been loving Brussels sprouts lately! I use the almond milk in my smoothies too! Enjoy those yummy groceries!
