In my opinion, Azure is better as it integrates better with Microsoft services such as Windows 10. Amazon doesn't have a business operating system developers can work on top off. Imagine using an Amazon service on top of a Microsoft operating system and code editor (Visual Studio). Not much integration as having one ecosystem which is Microsoft.
