For hundreds of years, we have built our linear organizations by using red tape & bureaucracy. It was necessary because it gave us comfort and predictability that the work was getting done.

But, when AI is exponentially reducing the cost of getting things, do we need all of it?

We are on a brink of a revolution when it comes to work. We will need to rewrite how we look at our organizations and organize our people. And, hopefully rid ourselves of the disease known as red tape.
