I am about 6 feet, and the zero gravity chair fit me perfectly. For really tall people, I suspect it would not be nearly as comfortable.

The product has a head rest, that simply slides up and down.
There are 2 knobs (1 on each side) to lock-in the mechanism, so that it doesn't move as easily.

Hey, awesome. Just got mine and having trouble getting out of reclined position haha.
Pulling on arm rest and leaning forward in lock or unlock. Don't tell anyone but it just closed in on me!
Am about to practice more from out of it.

The adjustable lock doesn't really work. It slides even after you tighten the knob

The sitting position is bad for your back. It puts you in fetal position definitely not good posture. They should have removed the curve on the buttocks area and just made it a right angle corner.
