Bluetooth Smart (a.k.a. Bluetooth Low Energy or BLE) is the technology of choice when it comes to connecting things in the IoT. It is ubiquitous, requires ultra-low power, robust and easy-to-work-with.
This lecture will focus on the basics of Bluetooth Smart technology and will showcase how you can leverage an integrated BLE MCU to design for extended battery life and small form-factor. We will use a real-life example when we explain the design flow.
